Timothy A. Powell

"TIM"

Timothy was born the youngest child of Amos and LoGrant in Long Beach, CA. He attended Ralph J. Bunche Elementary, Glenn Curtiss Junior High, and graduated from Carson High School in 1993. After high school, he attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he received his BS in Biology. After college, Timothy taught high school for three years in Los Angeles and one year in San Diego. After taking care of his mother for many years, he did ministry in long-term care facilities for seven years.  He currently lives in South LA, just a literal hop, skip, and jump from the borderline of that great city.
